Central
to the construction of the complex, yet satisfying oil paintings, is the
presence of the human figure in almost every work. Zarbano's work deals
with the human mind, thoughts and condition. In most works we do see a
degree of abstraction, symbolism and an emphasis on color. However, the
drama of each piece is played out on a whimsical stage full of human life
and energy.
